Hi there! I’m Jonathan and I founded Valley Woodworks in 2022 with the hunger to produce high quality pieces of furniture with my hands that looked great, would last, but didn’t have that commercial mass-produced feel to them.

I earned my degree from Springfield College (MA) in Business Administration and minored in Entrepreneurial Studies. I have always told others that I couldn’t sit in an office all day looking at a computer, I need to move around and do something. This is why I turned to woodworking. I want to keep the art of fine furniture making alive to counter the ever growing culture of click-to-buy. A table is a centerpiece in one’s home and should be sought out through an actual person that takes time to make.
